" I am delighted to be taking over from Alex as MOB First Team Manager, this is a really great opportunity for me and my team to help continue the growth of MOB. 
 

Having spent the last 5 years at Fleetlands, where I was Head of Youth Development and for the last 18 months Reserve Manager, I know what it takes to create a successful Youth Club and alongside Jack Swinson, our aim is to build MOB Albion like I did at Fleetlands. From the top down we will focus on the club ensuring there is a pathway for players when they get to U18s.

I leave Fleetlands having finished in third position in the Hampshire Combination League, with the majority of players following me over to MOB, I am lucky to have a good team supporting me and our aim is to bring the progression we have made over the last 18 months to MOB Albion. Over the last 8 years I have worked with some really good and bad managers! Taking all their good points into my coaching, but using the negatives as learning points also, we never stop learning and I believe in true honest values, respect and especially hard work. Any players that have played for me over the years, no matter of age know what I demand and that will not change. What we will bring this season is a change of style, I have my way of playing and we will try and bring that to the league and be as successful as we can, nothing new is ever easy, but this is a great challenge for existing and incoming players and us as a coaching team."
